1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window for most regions including the United States, Canada, and Australia, starting from the date your order is delivered. For EU and UK customers, we comply with local consumer laws, providing a 14-day statutory cooling-off period for returns without reason.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unassembled, and in original condition
• Free of scratches, stains, damage, or signs of customer use
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, protective films, accessories, and manuals intact
• Resellable after warehouse inspection

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:

• Customized, personalized, or engraved home decor products
• Clearance, discounted, or items marked “Final Sale”
• Opened hygiene-sensitive home goods and disposable bedding products
• Fully assembled large furniture returned due to personal preference

3. Return Costs & Fees

Customer-initiated returns (dislike, size issue, personal preference)

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and warehouse handling

Seller-initiated returns (damaged, defective, wrong item shipped)

• Please provide clear photos or unboxing videos within 48 hours after delivery
• We cover 100% return shipping costs
• Full refund or free replacement with no restocking fee
• Original shipping fees will be fully refunded

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. Customer covers round-trip shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. How to Submit a Return Request

To start a return, contact our support team at: support@formcore.shop Please include your order number, item SKU, and return reason in your message.

Process steps:

• We review your request within 1–2 business days
• We issue an official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
• Repack your item securely and ship within 7 days after RMA approval
• Returns without valid RMA will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s cost

6. Refund Processing Time

We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. PayPal refunds usually take 3–5 days; credit card refunds take 7–10 business days depending on bank processing. All refunds are issued via the original payment method only.

7. Unshipped Order Cancellation

Unshipped orders can be canceled at any time for a full refund. Refunds will be completed within 10 business days.

8. Damaged & Defective Items

If your package or product arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and record an unboxing video. Contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund support.
