Very easy to use. Literally no set up required. Like it came out of the box like this and all I had to do was put the bands on, which you don't have to use but they do work great.

I’m so excited for this! I ordered to use to keep myself moving and work on strength in my legs. It came already assembled. I just had to hook the hand straps on but was easy.

It’s easy to use, but it will take some time and consistency to get good at it. I just started using it and I love it, but I have to take a few pauses during my 10 minutes on it. I’m sure it will get easier and I’ll be able to do the 10 to 15 minutes without having to pause.
